There are many organizations today working towards a higher purpose and call to serve communities in need.
Broetje Orchards is unique in our commitment to empower our employees as direct participants in our larger mission to "bear fruit that will last." And we have become a destination for organizations around the world that are looking to immerse themselves in service-learning opportunities with our employees.

Each year, we host groups from schools, universities, churches, and the larger business community who are interested in learning from our model. These organizations are committed to inspiring a new generation to think about their role in the workplace and how to use their lives in service to others.

For larger groups or longer stays, we have a Retreat House available on site in the Vista Hermosa Community.  It offers six bedrooms with 18  single beds as well as 4 full baths, meeting room with fireplace, full service kitchen, and outdoor patios.   For more information on the community and/or accommodations available, click here.
